Hi! I own a wedding videography company based in the US and I’m looking for a part-time virtual assistant to help with client communication and business growth.
Your main responsibilities will include:
• Responding to client inquiries
• Following up with leads
• Organizing client information and communication
• Assisting with scheduling and basic admin tasks
If you have additional skills, there is opportunity for more work:
• Social media support (Instagram posts, captions, hashtags)
• Basic marketing assistance
• Content organization
Requirements:
• Strong written English (friendly, natural tone)
• Organized and reliable
• Good communication skills
Bonus:
• Experience with social media or marketing
• Experience working with creatives or wedding industry
