The Role:
We’re growing, and we’re looking for a bright, enthusiastic and fun individual to join our team as an Operations Coordinator. What does being an Operations Coordinator entail?
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day workflow within the production/operations department, delivering all core aspects related to each media campaign, liaising with suppliers and vendors, and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement. They will report directly into the Production & Operations Director and work collaboratively with the Operations Executive, Operations Co-Ordinators and other departments across the organization to ensure targets are hit and campaigns are delivered on time and on budget, without losing any attention to detail.
The successful candidate must be available to work standard business hours based on Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST), typically 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM AEST.

•Proficient in Salesforce and/or other CRM platforms
•Experience in the media industry or advertising industry is a plus
