About Us:
We are Interlink AI, the company behind the HDN Sport Network. We have already built the most successful AI sport brand in the world from the ground up (150+ million views per month on Facebook). Now, we are expanding our empire into a massive, multi-channel network. We are launching our flagship Basketball and Soccer accounts first, but we are aggressively scaling to 10+ different channels (one dedicated to every major sport).

The Role:
This is a hybrid role that blends creative AI generation, extensive viral research, and active community management. You won't just be generating images; you will be the pulse of the new HDN brand across multiple sports.

Timezone & Schedule: We are based in Australia on Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST), which is exactly 2 hours ahead of Philippine Time (PHT). You will be expected to start your shift at 9:00 AM PHT each day to ensure seamless communication with our operations team.

Please note: This position will begin as a Part-Time role (4 hours per day / 20 hours per week) as a paid trial to establish your workflow. Once you have mastered the AI generation process, this role is guaranteed to transition directly into a Full-Time position (8 hours per day / 40 hours per week).

Key Responsibilities:
- Viral AI Ideation & Research: Spend hours daily analyzing Meta and TikTok to find the highest-performing AI sports videos within each respective sport/niche. Your job is to find AI concepts that have already proven to be extremely successful, reverse-engineer why they went viral, and adapt those exact formats and hooks for the HDN channels.
- AI Content Generation: Master our specific, locked-in tech stack to create flawless assets. You will exclusively use Nano Banana Pro for hyper-realistic image generation and Seedance 2.0 for high-fidelity video motion.
- Video Assembly: Stitching together the AI-generated clips, adding trending audio, text hooks, and dynamic captions to create ready-to-post Reels/Shorts.
- Community Management: You will use Meta Business Suite to reply to comments on our Facebook and Instagram accounts. Your main goal here is just to keep the comment sections active and engage directly with the fans.
- ---------- Operations: We run a highly organized operation. All of our team communication, QA reviews, and daily operations happen seamlessly within a ---------- server.

The Ideal Candidate:
- You are a universal sports fanatic. You must have a deep knowledge of ALL major sports. While we are launching with Soccer and Basketball, you will eventually be managing content for 10+ different sports channels. You know the slang, the culture, the rules, and what fans actually care about across the board.
- You are extremely online. You understand exactly what makes a sports highlight go viral.
- You are highly adaptable. AI moves fast. You must be willing to learn new prompting techniques to ensure absolute photorealism.
- You have excellent English. You need to write witty, engaging captions and reply to comments naturally.

- Nano Banana Pro (We only use this for images)
- Seedance 2.0 (We only use this for video)
- CapCut (or Premiere Pro) for fast, trendy video editing
- Meta Business Suite
