We are a start-up online fitness coaching business based in the United States looking for a dedicated, passionate, and highly organized Online Fitness Coach to join our team on a long-term basis.
This is not a passive role. You will be the face of our client experience — texting clients daily, calling them regularly, tracking their progress, coaching their nutrition, and doing whatever it takes to help them lose weight and hit their goals. Our clients are paying a premium for real human accountability and you are that accountability.

## What You Will Be Doing Every Day
**Client Accountability (Primary Responsibility)**
- Send daily good morning check-in texts to every active client
- Review each client’s daily step count submitted through our tracking system
- Review each client’s daily calorie and macro log submitted through the FitHub app
- Provide same-day feedback, encouragement, and corrections on nutrition and activity
- Celebrate wins, troubleshoot setbacks, and keep clients motivated when they want to quit
- Recognize when a client is slipping and reach out proactively before it becomes a problem
**Coaching Calls**
- Conduct weekly 15-minute accountability calls with Foundation clients
- Conduct 3× per week 15-minute coaching calls with Premium clients
- Conduct daily 1-on-1 coaching calls with Elite clients
- Use calls to review progress, answer questions, give specific tips, and adjust goals
- Provide mindset coaching, nutrition guidance, and motivational support on calls
- Handle different personalities with patience, empathy, and professionalism
**Nutrition Coaching**
- Help clients understand calorie deficits and how to achieve them through simple eating adjustments
- Review FitHub photo logs and give specific actionable feedback on meals
- Answer nutrition questions clearly and accurately
- Guide clients on practical food choices without pushing extreme diets
- Adjust calorie and macro targets weekly based on each client’s progress data
**Walking & Fitness Program Management**
- Monitor each client’s walking progression from their starting point to 10,000 steps per day
- Adjust step goals weekly based on results and client feedback
- Provide simple bodyweight or movement suggestions as needed to complement walking
- Identify plateaus early and adjust the program to break through them
**CRM & Documentation (Trello)**
- Keep every client’s Trello card fully updated after every interaction
- Log daily check-in notes, call summaries, step counts, calorie data, and mood/energy updates
- Track each client’s weekly progress metrics and flag anything concerning
- Maintain clean, organized records so the business owner can review any client at any time
- Update client goals, plan adjustments, and next steps in real time
**General**
- Respond to client messages promptly — same day at minimum, ideally within a few hours
- Communicate any client concerns, complaints, or red flags to the business owner immediately
- Suggest improvements to the coaching process based on what you observe working with clients
- Represent the Quality Fitness Coaching brand with professionalism, warmth, and positivity at all times

## Who We Are Looking For
**Required Qualifications**
- Certified Personal Trainer or Fitness Coach (any recognized certification accepted)
- Minimum 2 years of experience coaching clients in fitness, weight loss, or wellness
- Strong understanding of nutrition fundamentals — caloric deficit, macros, sustainable eating habits
- Excellent English communication skills — written and verbal — you must be able to text and speak clearly with American clients
- Experience handling coaching calls or client consultations via phone or video
- Comfortable working with clients of different fitness levels, ages, backgrounds, and personalities
- Reliable internet connection and quiet environment for daily client calls
- Experience using or ability to quickly learn Trello for CRM and client management
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience working with weight loss clients specifically
- Background in nutrition coaching or certified nutrition consultant
- Experience with remote or online coaching (not just in-person)
- Familiarity with calorie tracking apps
- Experience coaching clients who are beginners or have limited mobility
- Strong empathy and emotional intelligence — our clients deal with real struggles and need a coach who genuinely cares

## Work Schedule
- Monday through Sunday
- Must be available for client calls during US business hours (Eastern, Central, or Pacific Time)
- Daily check-in texts sent in the morning US time
- Flexibility for Elite clients who may need daily calls at consistent scheduled times
- Sunday light monitoring — check messages and respond to any urgent client needs

## Compensation
- We will be paying up to $500 USD weekly bonus for every client brought on board as well as bonuses for helping each client reach their goals.
- Competitive monthly salary starting at $3 USD but will increase as time goes on.
- Long-term role with opportunity to grow as the business scales
- Performance reviews every 90 days with potential for rate increases
