JOB OVERVIEW

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Generation Specialist to drive new business through LinkedIn, email, SMS, and local outreach strategies.

This is NOT a basic messaging role. You will be responsible for building a consistent pipeline of qualified leads and booked meetings using a multi-channel approach.

Your Mission
Generate high-quality leads and book meetings with business owners, attorneys, financial advisors, and decision-makers through strategic outreach.

Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Outreach (Multi-Channel)
- Identify and target prospects using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Execute outreach across multiple channels:
- LinkedIn (connections, messaging, engagement)
- Cold email campaigns
- SMS/text follow-up
- Build daily prospect lists using Google, directories, and databases
- Research and target local businesses and decision-makers

Appointment Setting
- Convert conversations into booked meetings and tours
- Qualify leads before handing off to sales team
- Consistent follow-up across multiple touchpoints

Event-Based Lead Generation
- Invite prospects to networking events and open houses
- Follow up with attendees and no-shows
- Drive attendance and engagement for events

Pipeline & CRM Management
- Track all outreach in CRM
- Maintain accurate lead status and notes
- Build and manage a consistent pipeline

Strategy & Optimization
- Draft Sequences customized for the target audience.
- Test and improve messaging across channels
- Identify new lead sources and opportunities
- Provide feedback on performance and conversions

Requirements
- Proven experience with LinkedIn lead generation
- Experience with cold email outreach
- Strong written English and communication skills
- Sales mindset with ability to convert conversations into meetings
- Ability to manage multiple outreach channels
-Experience with GoHighLevel, Followupboss, eventbrite, social media

Bonus Skills
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Experience using ---------- or similar tools
- Experience with GoHighLevel or CRM systems
- Experience in coworking, real estate, or hospitality
- Cold calling experience

KPIs (What Success Looks Like)
- 100+ daily outreach activities (across all channels)
- Consistent pipeline of qualified leads
- Meetings booked per week
- Conversion rate from conversation to meeting

Compensation
- $5/hour - perfornance review in 30 days
- $5 per a tour completed
- $25 per an office deal closed

Schedule
-Monday to Friday 10AM-6PM EST
-Some Saturdays upon request
