We specialize in foundation inspections, seismic retrofitting, foundation repairs, drainage, and waterproofing. We are FEMA trained and have proudly participated in the Earthquake Brace + Bolt (EBB) program since 2013. About the Role
We are looking for a professional, polished, and highly organized individual to serve as our Customer Service Representative and Executive Assistant to the Owner. This is a dual-role position — you will be the first point of contact for our clients while also providing direct administrative support to our owner. If you are a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple responsibilities with grace, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
Customer Service
Answer incoming calls professionally and represent the company with confidence
Respond to client inquiries via phone and
Schedule inspections and coordinate appointments
Follow up with leads and existing clients
Provide clients with accurate information about our services and process
Ensure a positive client experience from first contact through job completion
Executive Assistant to the Owner
Manage the owner's calendar, appointments, and communications
Provide quick and accurate updates on job status, payments, and scheduling
Pull information from our systems (Service Fusion, QuickBooks,
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Assist with day-to-day operational tasks and priorities as they arise
Act as a liaison between the owner and internal tea
General Admin
Maintain and update CRM and project management platforms
Assist with data entry, document management, and internal communications
Support the office team with administrative tasks as needed
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in customer service, reception, or an executive assistant role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills — you are the voice of our company
Professional phone presence and strong interpersonal skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize in a fast-moving environment
Comfortable navigating multiple platforms (Service Fusion, QuickBooks,
Discreet, reliable, and responsive during business hours
Construction or trades industry experience is a plus but not required
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Availability
Monday through Friday, 8AM–5PM (Pacific Time). Must be available and responsive during all business hours.
Compensation
$6/hour during probationary period (first 3–4 months)
$8/hour upon successful completion of probation
