About Us:
We are a dynamic and rapidly growing 7-figure women's jewelry brand powered by Shopify. We are passionate about great design that speaks for itself, drawing inspiration from everyday fashion and influencers, and genuinely caring about the products we create and the relationships we build. Our marketing is performance-driven, and high-converting creatives is central to our scaling strategy.
We are looking for a Direct Response Graphic Designer who doesn’t just "design" but engineers ads. You understand that a tiny change in a headline, the placement of a "Star Rating," or the contrast on a lifestyle photo can be the difference between a 1.00 and 4.00 ROAS. You thrive on data, love testing new hooks, and know how to make a premium jewelry brand look expensive while still driving purchases.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Static & Motion Ads: Designing high-converting static images, "Us vs. Them" comparison charts, feature call-out graphics, and "native-style" overlays for Meta (FB/IG) and Pinterest.
- Creative Iteration: Taking our "winning" ad concepts and creating 5-10 variations (testing different hooks, colors, and CTA placements) to combat ad fatigue.
- UGC Polishing: Taking raw content from our creators and turning it into performance ads with high-impact captions, progress bars, and "Shop Now" end-cards.
- Landing Page Assets: Creating visual assets for Shopify landing pages that maintain the "scent" of the ad and push the customer toward checkout.
- Data-Informed Design: Meeting daily/weekly with our Creative Strategist/Media Buying team to look at the numbers & performance. If an ad bombed, you want to know why so you can fix the design.
What We’re Looking For:
- Direct Response Experience: You have a portfolio that shows ads, not just logos or brand books. You know what a "Hook" is and how to design for a "Problem/Solution" angle.
- Jewelry/Fashion Eye: You understand how to retouch jewelry to make it "pop" (sparkle, clarity, and color) without making it look fake.
- Typography & Hierarchy: You know how to use text-on-image in a way that is readable on a mobile device but still looks sophisticated.
- Tool Proficiency: Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator). Experience with AI tools/software, Figma or Canva for rapid-fire testing is a plus.
- Speed & Systems: You can move fast. We aren’t looking for 2-week turnaround times; we’re looking for someone who can ship creative tests in 24-48 hours.
The Aesthetic: "Premium Performance"
We aren't a "dropshipping" brand. We are a premium brand. Your designs need to bridge the gap between:
- The Look: Mejuri, Monica Vinader, or Tiffany & Co.
- The Performance: High-converting DTC brands like Curology, Bloom, or HelloFresh.

Compensation:
$1,000 base monthly salary, plus performance-based bonus/incentives tied to creative contribution.
