We are hiring an Inbound Real Estate Lead Follow-Up & Qualification Specialist to handle warm inbound homeowner leads from people actively searching online to sell their homes.
This role exists to filter, qualify, or disqualify leads before they ever reach our acquisition team.
This is not sales, not cold calling, and not persuasion.
If you are comfortable asking direct questions, enforcing clear criteria, and ending calls professionally when a lead is not a fit, this role may be right for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
Respond to warm inbound homeowner inquiries (no cold calling)
Conduct structured qualification calls using a clear scorecard
Ask direct questions about:
motivation
timeline
property condition
decision-maker status
price expectations
Apply qualification rules consistently
Disqualify early when criteria are not met (this is considered success)
Transfer only clean, well-qualified opportunities to acquisitions
Document outcomes clearly in the CRM
You are evaluated on decision quality and discipline, not call volume.
Work Schedule & Availability (Important)
This role requires full-day availability, not just total hours.
Typical schedule:
4–5 hours work
2-hour break
4–5 hours work
Leads come in throughout the day and require timely follow-up.
This role is not suitable if you need a fragmented or flexible schedule.
