Salary Ranges from $500 to $1500/month
Candidates shall be competent in the following:
-Account Defense & Catalog Integrity: Maintain "Perfect Account Health" by resolving Account Health Violations and A-to-z Claims regardless of complexity; manage the catalog by troubleshooting listing suppressions, executing Variations/Merges, and providing professional, timely responses to all Buyer Messages.
-Inventory Management & Financial Recovery: Execute Shipment Reconciliations and pursue maximum reimbursements for lost, damaged, or destroyed inventory; proactively manage stock levels to minimize losses by resolving Stranded Inventory and overseeing Unfulfillable (UFI) or Removal Orders.
-Technical Proficiency & Prompting: Leverage modern AI tools (Gemini, Claude) and Amazon Seller Assistant through advanced prompt engineering to synthesize help documentation, draft persuasive case appeals, and automate administrative tasks via Slack and Drive.
