I am looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to help produce books using AI tools. This is not a traditional writing or editing role. The topic of each book will be provided by me, along with clear instructions on how I want the book created.
Please note: I am looking for someone dependable who wants a long-term opportunity, not just a one-time task.
Your work will include:
1) entering prompts into AI tools to generate a table of contents;
2) generating AI-written chapters;
3) assembling the chapters into a complete book document;
4) creating a pdf cover with Canva and ChatGPT once the book is finished;
I will provide the AI accounts and Canva Pro account, so you will not need to pay for any tools.
This role does not require:
• fact-checking;
• rewriting;
• proofreading;
• reading the full book from start to finish;
• original writing from scratch;
This is primarily an execution and production role. I am looking for someone who can follow a repeatable process accurately and efficiently.
There will be an initial training phase for the first 1 to 3 books, depending on your skill level and how quickly you learn. During this phase, we will work together on calls with screen sharing, and I will show you exactly how I want each book to be created. The goal is to train you on my process so you can later handle the work independently.
The estimated time to complete one full book is approximately 3 to 5 hours, depending on your speed and ability, and the target page length of the book.
Payment is per project / per book. I am looking for a stable long-term collaborator to help produce approximately 10 to 15 books per month. This will start as a gig / freelance position, with the possibility of a full-time contract if the work is done well and the collaboration goes smoothly.
