Overnight Recruiter and Interview Scheduler
Remote Freelance Role

We are looking for a reliable and organized freelancer to support our team overnight.

This role focuses on helping move candidates through the hiring process by reviewing resumes, reaching out to applicants, conducting phone prescreens, following up, and scheduling interviews.

Key responsibilities
• Review resumes and identify qualified candidates
• Reach out to candidates by message and phone
• Conduct short phone prescreens
• Follow up with applicants throughout the process
• Schedule interviews directly on calendars
• Keep candidate activity organized and updated

What we are looking for
• Strong communication skills
• Good organization and follow through
• Confidence speaking with candidates
• Ability to work independently
• Experience in recruiting, scheduling, appointment setting, or insurance related hiring is preferred
