Sockeye Homes is a growing construction and property management company based in the United States. We specialize in residential construction, renovations, and managing rental properties. We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Personal Assistant & Bookkeeper to support Trenitie in the daily operations of the business.
This role requires someone who is professional, reliable, tech-savvy, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities
Must have experience in Quick Books Bookkeeping
Financial Reports - running Monthly and Quarterly Reports
Maintain accurate financial records
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Reconcile bank accounts
Prepare financial reports
Assist with budgeting and expense tracking
Assist with website updates
Administrative & Executive Support
Manage and organize
Schedule meetings and appointments
Assist with project coordination
Prepare documents and reports
Organize digital files and company systems
Perform general administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in:
Business Administration
Accounting
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Experience in bookkeeping and administrative support
Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
Experience with Canva, Adobe, or similar design tools
Familiarity with Appfolio, Sage, Quickbooks or other accounting software
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Experience working with U.S.-based companies
Experience in construction and property management
Knowledge of project management software
Social media marketing experience
