We are hiring a serious cold caller to help generate seller leads and set appointments for a real estate business based in Washington State (USA).
This is not a beginner role.
If you are not confident speaking with homeowners, handling objections, and having real conversations — this is not the right fit.

What This Role Is
• Outbound cold calling to homeowners
• Real conversations — not robotic script reading
• Identifying potential sellers
• Setting qualified appointments
You are the first point of contact — your performance directly impacts the business.
What This Role Is NOT
• Not customer support
• Not admin work
• Not data entry
This is a performance-based calling role.
What We Expect
You must:
• Have real cold calling or sales experience
• Speak clear, confident English
• Handle rejection without hesitation
• Stay on the phone and keep conversations going
• Follow a script while sounding natural
• Take clear and accurate notes
