JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a driven and experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a background in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance. You will be a key part of our sales pipeline — identifying potential clients, initiating outreach, and setting qualified appointments for our closing team. This is a long-term, full-time remote position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and knows the P&C insurance space.

What you'll do
Prospect and identify potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
Qualify inbound and outbound leads against our Ideal Customer Profile
Set and confirm discovery calls and appointments for senior agents or account executives
Maintain accurate records of all outreach activity in our CRM (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
Follow up consistently with warm leads and nurture prospects through the pipeline
Meet or exceed weekly KPIs for calls made, emails sent, and appointments booked
Communicate clearly and professionally with prospects in a US/international business context
