Revenue Operations & Compliance Manager (HR & Credentialing Focus)

Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Revenue Operations & Compliance Manager with a strong background in HR operations and clinician credentialing within healthcare staffing.
This is not an administrative role — it is a hands-on leadership position responsible for ensuring full compliance, seamless credentialing, and efficient HR operations that directly impact revenue, placements, and client satisfaction.
You will play a critical role in maintaining Joint Commission readiness, optimizing onboarding workflows, and ensuring clinicians are fully qualified, compliant, and deployment-ready without delays.
Key Responsibilities
Credentialing & Compliance (Primary Focus)
Own and manage end-to-end clinician credentialing and onboarding processes
Ensure full compliance with Joint Commission standards and maintain audit readiness at all times
Verify licenses, certifications, background checks, and documentation accuracy
Build and optimize credentialing systems, trackers, and SOPs to eliminate delays
Proactively identify and resolve compliance gaps before they impact placements
HR Operations & Clinician Management
Lead HR operations, including onboarding, documentation, and policy enforcement
Manage clinician relations, engagement, and retention strategies
Ensure all employees meet compliance, credentialing, and employment requirements
Partner with leadership to improve workforce stability and performance
Revenue Operations & Financial Coordination
Oversee payroll coordination, invoicing, and accounts receivable (AR)
Track and protect profit margins across placements
Ensure operational workflows support timely billing and revenue capture
Account & Operations Management
Manage and protect facility accounts and relationships
Ensure clinicians are deployed on time and fully compliant
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and support growth
Qualifications (Strong Emphasis)
Proven experience in healthcare staffing, HR, and credentialing (REQUIRED)
Deep understanding of Joint Commission standards, audits, and compliance workflows
Strong background as a clinician in onboarding, license verification, and documentation management
Experience managing HR operations and employee lifecycle in a staffing environment
Familiarity with payroll, invoicing, and AR processes
Highly systems-oriented, detail-driven, and process-focused
Strong leadership mindset with the ability to own outcomes and drive improvements
