JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for a highly active, fast-learning Community & Growth Manager who can help us grow and manage our ---------- and Skool communities. This role combines community management, engagement, and marketing, making it ideal for someone who understands how to build active online communities and naturally drive conversations.

What You'll Do:
- Manage and operate multiple ---------- accounts across 4+ communities.
- Actively participate in conversations throughout the day on ---------- .
- Find and engage in relevant discussions around health, weight loss, peptides, and GLP-1 topics.
- Help grow and manage our Skool community, keeping members engaged and active.
- Create discussions, answer questions, and encourage participation across both ---------- and Skool.
- Subtly guide interested users toward our communities when appropriate.
- Help shape conversations and maintain a welcoming, knowledgeable community presence.
- Research industry trends, GLP-1 topics, and community discussions to stay up to date.
- Assist with community marketing initiatives and user acquisition.
- Create content to advertise

Requirements:
- Excellent written English with a natural communication style.
- Strong understanding of ---------- and online communities.
- Experience with community growth or digital marketing.
- Familiarity with Skool as a platform (member engagement, posting content, discussions, etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining authenticity.
- Fast learner who can quickly understand GLP-1 and peptide-related topics.
- Strategic thinker who knows when and how to engage without spamming.
- Comfortable being highly active online throughout the day.

Nice to Have:
- Experience managing Skool communities.
- Background in community management, social media marketing, or growth marketing.
- Familiarity with GLP-1s, peptides, health, fitness, or weight loss.
- Experience generating leads through ---------- , Reddit, Facebook Groups, or other online communities.
- Experience managing multiple online identities/accounts.
- Existing bank of ---------- accounts.
- Reddit marketing experience.

Salary:
1-month paid trial: $800 (after completing interview tasks)
Full-time: $1,000/month (based on performance)
