We are looking for a detail-oriented Real Estate Lead Finder to help identify high-quality off-market property opportunities using platforms like PropWire, DealMachine, and PropertyRadar.

Your role is to pull targeted property lists that match our acquisition criteria and deliver clean, accurate data ready for outreach.

Responsibilities
Pull targeted property lists from:
PropWire
DealMachine
PropertyRadar
Apply filtering criteria based on our buying strategy
Identify motivated seller indicators such as:
Pre-foreclosures
Probate properties
Absentee owners
High-equity properties (30%+)
Vacant properties
Tax delinquent owners
Code violations (when available)
Export property lists with:
Owner name
Property address
Mailing address
Equity estimate
Property type
Last sale date
Skip duplicates and low-quality leads
Organize lists in Google Sheets or CRM-ready format
Deliver Daily lead batches
