About Hello Jade Marketing
Hello Jade Marketing is a results-driven social media agency based in the United States. We manage social media strategy, content creation, and growth for business owners across industries including medspas, law firms, real estate, coaching, construction, and nonprofits.
We are a lean, systems-driven team. We take our work seriously, communicate clearly, and take full ownership of our roles. We are looking for someone who operates the same way.
The Opportunity
We are building our LinkedIn presence from the ground up with one clear goal: attract and connect with business owners in the United States who need social media management services.
This is not a post-and-schedule role. We are looking for someone who can think strategically, write with confidence, repurpose existing content intelligently, and engage in a way that builds real relationships and generates qualified leads.
You will have access to our existing content library in Rella (our scheduling platform), which includes Instagram content, client results, and educational posts. You will pull what is relevant, adapt it for LinkedIn, and create original content when needed. You will own this channel and be accountable for its growth.
What You Will Own
Content Strategy and Publishing (3 posts per week)
• Review existing content in Rella and identify what can be repurposed for LinkedIn
• Adapt Instagram content for LinkedIn format: professional tone, text-first, line-broken for readability
• Write original LinkedIn posts when existing content does not fit, including authority posts, pain point posts, and industry commentary
• Create simple Canva graphics for client result posts when needed
• Schedule all content in Rella and ensure posts go live consistently
• Test different post formats and note what drives the most engagement
Lead Generation and Engagement (30 minutes per day)
• Proactively connect with and engage with ideal clients: medspa owners, lawyers, real estate agents, coaches, fitness studio owners, and other business owners in the United States
• Leave thoughtful, specific comments on posts from ideal clients and referral partners (never generic, never copy-paste)
• Build genuine relationships with potential leads through consistent and strategic interaction
• Identify warm connections who may be ready for a conversation and flag them to the team
• Respond to all comments on our posts within 24 hours
• Monitor DMs and flag any inbound leads or inquiries immediately
Profile and Presence Management
• Keep the LinkedIn profile optimized and up to date
• Monitor performance of posts and adjust content approach based on what is working
• Stay current on LinkedIn best practices and bring ideas to the table
Weekly Reporting
• Submit a weekly report every Friday covering: posts published, engagement activity, follower growth, leads flagged, and any notable interactions
Who We Are Looking For
• You have hands-on experience growing a LinkedIn presence for a business or personal brand
• You can write in a confident, professional, and engaging voice in English
• You understand LinkedIn is a text-first, relationship-driven platform and know how to use it differently than Instagram
• You are a self-starter who does not need content handed to you every week
• You take initiative, think ahead, and communicate proactively
• You are highly consistent, this role requires showing up every single weekday with focus and intention
• You understand B2B lead generation and can identify who the right people to engage with are
• You take pride in the quality of your work and do not cut corners
Bonus Structure
We believe in rewarding results, not just activity. If a lead you generate on LinkedIn books a discovery call and signs on as a Hello Jade Marketing client, you will receive a performance bonus. Bonus details will be discussed and agreed upon before your start date.
This means the better you perform, the more you earn. There is no cap on bonuses.
