Summary
We are a California-based lemon law practice managing 100+ active civil litigation cases. We seek an experienced, bilingual Legal Case Manager who can work remotely, handle Spanish-English translation of legal terminology, and manage clients and cases independently.
Compensation: To be determined (based on experience and fit)
Work Setup: Fully remote, full-time
Time Zone: Must overlap with U.S. Pacific Time hours
Responsibilities:
Manage civil litigation cases from intake through resolution, including document drafting, filing, and tracking deadlines.
Provide live interpretation (Spanish ? English) during ongoing client communications, hearings, depositions, and strategy meetings.
Accurately translate and articulate complex legal terminology in both languages.
Independently manage your caseload, prioritize tasks, and proactively escalate complexities.
Maintain compliance, confidentiality, and professional conduct throughout all interactions.
Required Qualifications:
Native or near-native fluency in Spanish; excellent verbal/written English
Demonstrated legal knowledge—experience in law studies, paralegal work, or legal interpreting; familiarity with civil litigation/ lemon law terminology
Ability to clearly present case-process explanations in Spanish (via voice recording)
Self-motivated, organized, and effective when working without direct supervision
Reliable internet and availability during U.S. business hours
Experience with File Vine or equivalent is a plus
