About the channel

Gokuflex is one of the longest-running fitness channels on YouTube. The brand blends Dragon Ball Z mythology with real-world training, identity transformation, and fatherhood. We have been doing this for over 11 years and our audience is here to become the best version of themselves.
We are not looking for a basic editor. We need someone who trains, knows anime inside and out, and is obsessed with making videos that stop the scroll.

What you will be editing

YouTube long-form videos including vlogs, training content, transformations, and motivation
YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels
Client transformation spotlights and social proof content
Motivational Saiyan Dad identity content

Hard requirements - non-negotiable

Deep Dragon Ball Z knowledge. You must know the arcs, characters, power levels, and lore. Not optional.
Broad anime knowledge including One Piece, Naruto, Jujutsu Kaisen and beyond.
Real fitness understanding. You need to know training, body transformation, nutrition, and gym culture. If you have never been in that world, this role is not for you.
Professional-level skill in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
Expert at pacing, jump cuts, music sync, and keeping viewers locked in from hook to CTA.
Able to meet deadlines and communicate clearly in English.
Fast, reliable internet and a computer that can handle 4K footage.

Skills that will make you stand out

Motion graphics, anime-style transitions, After Effects or CapCut, color grading, sound design and SFX, DBZ power-up effects, thumbnail creation, YouTube SEO awareness, short-form viral instincts.
Bonus: If you personally train or have your own transformation story, include it. We value people who live the brand.

Work structure

100% remote, work from home
Full-time preferred, part-time considered based on experience and output
Consistent weekly video schedule with real deadlines
Direct collaboration with the channel owner via WhatsApp and Google Drive
Paid in USD via Wise or similar. Starting at $800/month scaling to $1,200 based on experience and performance.
