About the Role
We’re looking for a highly capable Amazon operator who lives inside Seller Central.
This is not a junior role and not a passive support position. You will be hands-on managing the operational side of Amazon accounts, ensuring everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and at a high level.
You will be working closely and reporting directly to the Head of Amazon, supporting execution across multiple brands and contributing to overall account performance and growth.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Manage and operate Seller Central accounts across multiple brands
Handle listing creation, optimization, and updates (titles, bullets, backend, variations)
Monitor and maintain account health metrics and resolve compliance issues
Troubleshoot listing suppressions, stranded inventory, and account-related problems
Coordinate product launches and listing rollouts
Work closely with PPC, creative, and strategy teams to execute campaigns
Conduct keyword research and listing optimization using tools like Helium 10
Oversee inventory tracking, stock levels, and replenishment alerts
Identify and flag potential operational risks before they impact performance
Ensure accuracy and consistency across listings, storefronts, and backend data
Must-Have Requirements
3+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central
Strong experience managing account health (policy compliance, performance metrics, issue resolution)
Proven experience with inventory management (stock monitoring, forecasting support, avoiding stockouts/overstock)
Experience working with international Amazon marketplaces (e.g., US, CA, MX, EU, etc.)
Deep familiarity with tools like Helium 10 (or equivalent)
Strong understanding of Amazon listing structure, SEO, and backend systems
Experience troubleshooting common Amazon issues (suppressed listings, flat files, variations, etc.)
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Ability to work full-time in Eastern Time (US) — non-negotiable
Nice to Have
Spanish proficiency
Experience working with agencies or managing multiple brands
Familiarity with Amazon Vendor Central
Basic understanding of PPC (to collaborate effectively with the media buying team)
