Land Real Estate VA for U.S. Market
Immediate Start | Long Term Potential

We are a U.S. based real estate investment company focused on buying and selling vacant land.
We are currently looking for Virtual Assistant who can step in and start working right away with little to no training. This role may turn into a full time long term opportunity if it is a strong fit.

- This is not an entry level role. You must already have hands on experience with the tools and tasks listed below.

MUST HAVE :
- SMARTER CONTACT experience is 100% mandatory.
- You must already know how to use Smarter Contact because there is no training period and you will need to start immediately. If you do not have real experience using Smarter Contact, please do not apply.

YOU MUST ALSO HAVE PRIOR EXPERIENCE WITH :
- DealMachine (we mainly use this one to download the lead)
- PropStream (experienced with this acceptable)
- PropWire (experienced with this acceptable)

WHAT YOU WILL DO :
- Manage and organize property lead lists
- Upload and manage SMS campaigns in Smarter Contact
- Handle inbound and outbound seller communication by text and phone
- Return calls from sellers who prefer to speak by phone
- Follow up with motivated sellers
- Research property details using tools such as Zillow, county property appraiser websites, Google Maps, Google Earth, and LandID
- Review basic property information such as zoning, flood zone, wetlands, utilities, access, and general lot characteristics
- Prepare and send contracts through DocuSign and follow up for signatures
- Perform manual skip tracing for LLC owned and corporate owned property leads to identify owner contact information

WHAT WE NEED :
- Strong seller communication skills
- Strong phone communication skills
- Strong research skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently without constant supervision
- Good judgment and critical thinking
- Professional and reliable communication
- You must communicate proactively if there is any issue with attendance, schedule, or work progress

PAY AND POSITION DETAILS :
- Pay is $5 USD per hour
- 7-8 Hours work per day
- Immediate start
- No trial period

IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS :
- You must be able to start immediately
- You must already know how to use Smarter Contact
- You must have experience with DealMachine and PropStream
- You must be comfortable communicating with sellers by both text and phone
- You must be reliable, responsive, and proactive in communication
