We are a fast-growing digital marketing company working exclusively with estate agents, helping them generate more leads through SEO, high-converting websites, and AI-driven marketing systems.
We are currently going through a rebrand and growth phase, and we’re looking for a highly organised, detail-focused tea
This is not a generic VA role — this is a key position directly supporting client growth and revenue.
Responsibilities
Organise and manage contacts inside our CRM (GoHighLevel)
Tag and segment leads based on activity and engagement
Send personalised
Manage daily follow-ups and ensure no opportunities are missed
Monitor replies and flag interested leads for the team
Keep CRM data clean and structured
Assist with simple reporting (e.g. responses, conversations, booked calls)
What We’re Looking For
Strong attention to detail and organisation
Clear, natural written English
Comfortable working with systems and following processes
Able to work independently and stay consistent day-to-day
Proactive mindset — not just waiting for instructions
Reliable and responsive
Bonus (Not Required)
Experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM tools
Experience sending
Basic understanding of marketing or lead generation
Role Details
Part-time (4 hours/day to start)
Must be available during UK business hours (afternoon to evening Philippines time)
Preferred shift: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM PHT
Opportunity to move to full-time (12:30 PM – 9:15 PM PHT) based on performance
Fully remote

Campaigns are sent consistently
Follow-ups are never missed
Conversations with leads are being created daily
The CRM is clean, structured, and easy to use
