POSITION: Affiliate Marketing Manager
Part-Time | Remote | Hourly | $3-$4 USD/hour to start -- with real room to grow

We are an emergency preparedness education company serving doctors, veterinarians, and dentists across the United States. We produce online courses, webinars, and educational content teaching healthcare professionals how to prepare their families for disasters and emergencies. We have active affiliate partnerships with multiple niche brands including food storage companies, survival equipment suppliers, and specialty retailers. This is a growing business and we are building a long-term team. The right person will have the opportunity to take on more responsibility, more hours, and higher pay as the business grows. ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager -- not a virtual assistant who has read about affiliate marketing, but someone who has actually DONE it. You will manage our existing affiliate relationships, track performance, do outreach to new affiliate partners, and create promotional graphics specifically for our

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Affiliate Relationship Management
Maintain and organize our existing affiliate partnerships (we currently work with companies including Amazon Associates, Augason Farms, My Patriot Supply, Mountain House, Harvest Right, and BePrepared)
Track affiliate links, discount codes, commission structures, and payment schedules for each partner
Monitor affiliate dashboards and pull performance reports
Flag broken links, expired codes, or changes in commission structure immediately
New Affiliate Outreach
Research and identify new affiliate opportunities relevant to our niche (emergency preparedness, food storage, survival equipment, medical supplies)
Write and send cold outreach
Follow up on outreach, negotiate terms, and onboard new partners
Maintain an organized pipeline of outreach contacts and their status
Tracking and Reporting
Input data into our existing tracking spreadsheet (already built -- you need to be able to use it accurately and consistently)
Build a monthly affiliate performance report showing clicks, conversions, revenue, and top performers
Identify what is working and what is not, and make recommendations
Facebook
Design promotional graphics in
Create on-brand ad graphics for specific affiliate sales, discount codes, and product launches -- these graphics will be used in paid
Write accompanying ad copy for each graphic
Adapt graphics for different
Understand basic
WHAT YOU MUST HAVE
Demonstrated hands-on experience with affiliate marketing -- you have personally managed affiliate relationships, not just read about it
Familiarity with affiliate platforms including ShareASale, Impact, PartnerStack, Commission Junction (CJ), Refersion, or similar -- you must be able to name which ones you have used and what you did in each
Experience doing cold outreach to brands for affiliate partnerships -- you know what a pitch
Strong Canva skills -- you can design clean, professional
Experience creating graphics intended for
Solid spreadsheet skills -- you can navigate, input data into, and read an existing Excel or Google Sheets tracker accurately
Excellent written English -- your outreach
Strong attention to detail -- affiliate links, discount codes, and tracking IDs must be entered perfectly every time; one wrong character costs us money
Self-directed -- you can manage a pipeline without being reminded every step
NICE TO HAVE
Experience working with course creators, educators, or info product businesses
Experience in health, wellness, food, or preparedness niches
