**About the Role**
We run a patient acquisition system for stem cell and regenerative medicine clinics across the US. We generate inbound leads through paid advertising, and your job is to contact those leads, qualify them, and book them onto a consultation call with our remote closer.
This is a high-activity phone and messaging role. You will be working warm leads — people who have already expressed interest in stem cell therapy — so this is **not cold calling**.

**What You'll Be Doing**
- Contacting inbound leads via phone, SMS, and
- Qualifying leads based on a script (condition, budget, timeline, seriousness)
- Booking qualified prospects onto Zoom calls with our sales closer
- Logging all activity and outcomes in our CRM (GoHighLevel)
- Following up with no-shows and unresponsive leads
- Meeting daily and weekly show rate and booking targets

**What We're Looking For**
- Fluent, clear English (spoken and written) — this is non-negotiable
- Prior experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or customer-facing sales roles
- Comfortable calling US-based prospects during US business hours (EST or PST)
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet working environment
- Coachable, self-motivated, and target-driven
- Experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM is a plus
- Background in health, wellness, or medical services is a bonus but not required

**Compensation**
- Base pay: $4–6/hr USD depending on experience
- Performance bonus: per qualified show (prospect attends the Zoom call)
- Paid weekly
