Currently, we have a staff of 13+ VAs, many of whom have been with us for over 7 years. We are looking for a reliable, high-level Administrative Assistant to join our growing family.
The Role:
We are seeking a versatile VA to handle daily operations, client communication, and marketing support. You will be the "right hand" to our leadership team, ensuring our real estate operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Communication: Handling inbound and outbound phone calls with professionalism.
Administration: Managing
CRM Management: Keeping our lead database updated and organized.
Social Media: Assisting with content posting and basic engagement.
Marketing Support: Coordinating listing details and team updates.
Requirements:
Fluency in English: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a must for phone work.
Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, CRM platforms, and Social Media management.
Reliability: Must be able to work consistently during EST business hours.
Experience: Previous experience in Real Estate or high-level Admin support is preferred.
