IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
• Support the owner by taking on more of the day-to-day Google Ads workload so he can stay focused on sales, networking, and overall business responsibilities.
• Manage the execution side of Google Ads accounts while collaborating with the owner on overall strategy.
• Help build and launch new campaigns for new client accounts and new offers.
Monitor active campaigns and make ongoing optimizations, adjustments, and performance updates once accounts are stable.
• Review underperforming accounts, identify what is causing the issue, and make informed adjustments to improve results.
• Gradually take more ownership of account management by understanding where the key levers are and working with less hand-holding over time.
• Primarily support lead generation accounts, with Google Ads as the main focus.
• Assist with related launch support such as landing page coordination, conversion setup, and working around third-party call tracking or lead verification tools.
YOU’LL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF YOU:
• Have 3+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience and can jump into accounts quickly.
• Know how to optimize campaigns based on real experience, not just theory, courses, or videos.
• Understand both the execution side of Google Ads and the reasoning behind strategic decisions.
• Are comfortable working more independently as trust builds.
• Have stronger experience in Google lead generation than e-commerce.
