JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented book formatter to join our team of three people on a part-time basis, working approximately 30 hours per week.

This role begins as a 3-month paid trial, with the opportunity to move to full-time if performance is strong.

You will be responsible for formatting books to a professional standard, with an expected output of at least 14 books per month. Initial work will be carried out to upload books on BookVault, so experience with book formatting and a good eye for clean, consistent layouts is important.

Communication will take place through Slack, and while the role offers flexible hours, you must be available to check in daily, Monday to Friday.

We are looking for someone who is organised, reliable, responsive, and able to produce consistent, high-quality work. Previous experience formatting books is essential.

If you have experience with Shopify as well, this would be a huge bonus, but not absolutely necessary.
