Sockeye Homes is a growing construction and property management company based in the United States. We specialize in residential construction, renovations, and managing rental properties. We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Personal Assistant to support the staff with daily operations of the business.
This role requires someone who is professional, reliable, tech-savvy, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Advertising -
Design marketing materials (flyers, ads, social media graphics)
Create and schedule social media posts
Help develop marketing campaigns
Coordinate property listings and rental advertisements
Administrative & Executive Support -
Organize digital files and company systems
Perform general administrative tasks as needed
Experience working with rental management software
Qualifications:
Marketing of rental properties
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
Experience with Canva, Adobe, or similar design tools
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Experience working with U.S.-based companies
Experience in construction or property management
Knowledge of project management software (not required)
Social media marketing experience (portfolio required)
