The Role
You are the bridge between a warm lead and a booked sales meeting. When someone replies to one of our campaigns showing interest, you respond within 2–5 minutes, qualify them, handle initial objections, and either book them directly onto the client’s calendar or call them to close the appointment. Speed and communication skills are everything in this role.
What you’ll do every day:
Monitor inboxes across multiple client campaigns for positive and interested replies
Respond to warm leads within 2–5 minutes of their reply — speed is critical
Call warm leads directly to qualify and book sales meetings
Handle initial objections and questions over
Book qualified meetings directly on the client’s calendar (Calendly /
Update CRM with lead status, call notes, and meeting details
Follow up with no-shows and reschedule meetings
Coordinate with the campaign operator on lead quality and targeting feedback
Requirements
Non-negotiable:
Excellent spoken English with a neutral or American-sounding accent — you will be calling US-based business owners and executives
Strong written English — your
Experience working with the US market — you understand US business culture, time zones, and communication style
Experience in an SDR, BDR, appointment setter, or inside sales role
Comfortable making outbound calls to warm leads (not cold calling — these people have already shown interest)
Fast response time discipline — if a lead replies at 10:02 AM, you’re calling by 10:05 AM
Reliable internet, a quality headset, and a quiet environment for calls
Available to work during US business hours (EST or CST preferred)
Nice to have:
Experience with Instantly, Smartlead, or similar cold
Experience using CRMs (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Close, GoHighLevel)
Previous work in a lead generation agency or B2B sales environment
Familiarity with booking tools like Calendly
Part-time to start (3–5 hours/day during US business hours), scaling with volume
Performance bonuses tied to meetings booked and show rates
