-We are looking for a driven, detail-oriented Lead Generation & Sales Development Specialist to help generate sales-qualified leads for our industrial and B2B clients.
-This is not a list-building or data-entry role. We are looking for someone who knows how to turn outreach into real sales conversations and takes pride in creating qualified opportunities.
-Our clients are primarily in industrial and manufacturing-related markets, so experience in B2B sales, industrial sales, manufacturing, engineering-related fields, or technical products and services is a strong plus.

-For the right person, this role can grow into broader responsibility, including helping oversee lead generation efforts across multiple client accounts and potentially managing a team.
What you will do
-Review and improve Apollo
-Write and refine subject lines, opening messages, and follow-ups
-Conduct outreach through
-Follow up consistently and professionally
-Help qualify leads based on fit, interest, and readiness
-Use Lead Forensics and other tools to identify warm opportunities
-Track results and help improve performance over time
What we are looking for
-Experience in B2B lead generation, sales development, appointment setting, or outbound sales
-Strong written and spoken English
-Strong attention to detail
-Ability to write natural, thoughtful outreach messages
-Comfortable using Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
-Self-starter who takes ownership of the work
-Professional, organized, and persistent
-Does not rely entirely on AI for communication or decision-making
