The Role
You will be trained on our full cold
What you’ll do every day:
Set up and manage cold
Build and maintain targeted lead lists based on the client’s ideal customer profile
Write and edit
Monitor campaign performance — open rates, reply rates, deliverability, bounce rates
Manage sending infrastructure — domains, inboxes, warm-up, DNS records
Update the client’s CRM with lead activity and campaign data
Follow documented SOPs and playbooks for all campaign tasks
Attend weekly group training calls with the Spectra team
Communicate with the client team via Slack
Requirements
Experience with cold
Understanding of
Experience building lead lists using Apollo, Sales Navigator, Clay, or similar data tools
Strong attention to detail — campaign setup errors can burn domains and kill deliverability
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision once trained
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
Available to overlap with US business hours (at least 3–4 hours daily)
Nice to Have
Experience working inside a lead generation or cold
Familiarity with Clay workflows and enrichment tools
Basic understanding of B2B sales funnels and ICP targeting
Part-time to start (2–4 hours/day), with potential to grow as client base scales
You will be trained for approximately 2 weeks on our full system before being placed with your first client
Long-term position — after the initial program, clients often hire operators directly as permanent tea
