# Cold Caller/SDR/Appointment Setter (Remote, Full-Time)

**Hours:** Full-time, US East Coast business hours (Mon–Fri)

## What We Do

Tiger Tail helps small businesses (10–200 employees) grow revenue using AI-powered systems. We work with home service companies, healthcare practices, and professional services firms. Our clients don't just save time — they get more customers.

## The Role

You'll be calling business owners and decision-makers to book discovery calls with our team. Some are warm-ish leads from targeted lists, some are cold leads. You'll be the first voice prospects hear, so confidence and professionalism matter. This person must be fluent in English (C2 proficiency).

**Your job is simple: get qualified prospects on our calendar and make sure they show up.**

## What You'll Do

- Call 80–120 prospects per day from provided lead lists and your own sourcing
- Qualify prospects using a short script and criteria we'll train you on
- Book discovery calls on our calendar
- Follow up with booked prospects to confirm attendance (no-shows don't count)
- Log all activity in our CRM
- Share feedback on what's working and what's not (we value your input)

## What We're Looking For

- Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral accent
- Prior cold calling or appointment setting experience (B2B preferred)
- Comfortable talking to business owners — not easily rattled by objections
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
- Self-motivated — you don't need someone watching over your shoulder
- Available during US East Coast business hours

## Compensation

**Base Salary:** $400/month

**Appointment Bonus:** $15 per qualified appointment where the prospect attends the meeting. No-shows don't count.

**Closed Client Bonus (monthly, per client):**

| 2–4 clients | $150 each |
| 5+ clients | $200 each |

**Example month:** You book 15 attended appointments ? 3 become clients = $400 + $225 + $450 = **$1,075**

Bonuses are paid monthly. Client bonuses are based on deals that close within the calendar month, regardless of when the appointment was originally set. Tiers reset each month.
