JOB OVERVIEW

MT Cleaning Services EMD LTD is looking for a highly experienced Sales Virtual Assistant to join our growing company for the long term.

We are not looking for just another VA.

We are looking for someone confident, persuasive, professional, and hungry to grow with a company that is building something serious in the cleaning industry.

This role is for someone who is excellent on the phone, speaks very strong English, knows how to speak with leads professionally, can handle both inbound and outbound calls, and already has real experience working with a residential cleaning company, commercial cleaning company, or both.

You must be able to prove your experience.

We are building for the long term, and we want someone who is not just looking for a temporary job, but someone who wants to become part of a company with growth, stability, and ongoing opportunity.

Main Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls from potential clients
Make outbound calls and cold calls to generate new business
Follow up with leads quickly and consistently
Do client outreach in high volume
Speak confidently with potential clients and handle objections
Help convert leads into booked appointments or closed deals
Communicate professionally by phone, message, and email
Keep lead information organized and updated
What We Are Looking For
Excellent spoken and written English
Strong confidence on calls
Proven experience in sales
Proven experience working for a residential cleaning company, commercial cleaning company, or both
Strong ability in cold calling and client follow-up
Experience with high-volume outreach
Ability to close deals
Persuasive, professional, and confident communication
Organized, reliable, and consistent work ethic
Important

You must be able to prove that you have already worked in this type of role.
