JOB OVERVIEW

We are a US-based founder-led company operating at the intersection of blockchain governance, zero-CO? cement technology, and ocean restoration infrastructure. We are building something real — and we need someone who can tell that story and grow our audience aggressively across Instagram, YouTube, X (Twitter), and TikTok.
This is a growth role — not a management role. We are not looking for someone to follow instructions. We are looking for someone who wakes up thinking about how to get more eyes on a mission that matters.
You must have:

Proven track record growing social media accounts from small to significant numbers
Native fluency in Instagram and YouTube content strategy and influencer outreach
Experience with Web3, crypto, sustainability, or impact investing content
Ability to identify, contact, and close influencer partnerships independently
Self-directed — you build the strategy, you execute it, you report results

You will be working on:
