Location: Remote (Global - Philippines Preferred)

Type: Part-Time (20 hrs/week) transitioning to Full-Time

????? Role Overview
We are seeking an elite Technical Systems Administrator to manage and scale an 18-site digital ecosystem supporting a high-tech US manufacturing and industrial forensic project. This is not a "Web Design" role; it is a "Systems Thinking" position responsible for the technical integrity, inter-site automation, and high-level security of a network spanning Industrial Command, Research & Development, and Hardware-as-a-Service (HaaS) platforms.

You will report directly to the Director and execute complex technical builds based on existing "Gold Master" blueprints.

?? Core Responsibilities
Multi-Site Governance: Use MainWP to manage updates, security patches, and performance across 18 distinct WordPress-based nodes.

Identity & Access (SSO): Implement and maintain a Single Sign-On (SSO) environment (SAML/OIDC) so users move seamlessly between sites based on their "System Role."

Cloud Infrastructure: Manage Amazon S3 data buckets. Implement IAM policies, bucket versioning, and WORM (Object Lock) for forensic data integrity.

Cross-Site Automation: Build complex "Data Bridges" using Uncanny Automator and FluentCRM to sync user data (e.g., from an Investor Portal to a Philanthropy Site).

Security Compliance: Maintain security headers and encryption standards aligned with NIST 800-171 or similar frameworks for our industrial and government-facing nodes.

Blueprint Cloning: Use staging environments to "Clone" master infrastructure for new project launches at a velocity of one functional site per 8–10 working hours.

????? Required Technical Stack
CMS: Expert-level WordPress (Thrive Architect / Gutenberg).

Network Admin: MainWP (Pro).

Security: miniOrange (SSO), Wordfence/Solid Security, Cloudflare WAF.

Automation: Uncanny Automator, WP Fusion, or Zapier.

Database/Storage: Amazon S3 (AWS CLI knowledge is a plus), WP Offload Media.

Email/CRM: FluentCRM and Postmark/Amazon SES.

????? Critical Requirements
Experience: Minimum 5+ years in WordPress development with 2+ years specifically managing Multi-site/Network environments.

Data Integrity: A deep understanding of "Chain of Custody" for forensic data and sensitive material.

Security Mindset: Familiarity with encrypted data handling and security baselines is highly preferred.

Communication: Fluent English with the ability to document complex SOPs and record video walk-throughs (Loom).

Confidentiality: Must be willing to sign a strict NDA/Non-Disparagement agreement and work within a secure, VPN-gated environment.

WordPress Systems Administration: Can manage a fleet of sites
Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/S3): Understands IAM policies, S3 Object Lock, and GovCloud restrictions
Cybersecurity & Identity Management (SSO): Can covers the "miniOrange/SAML" and "NIST/CMMC" requirements to ensure the 18 sites are a "Fortress" with a single, secure handshake.
