We're Hiring: Customer Success Manager (Hybrid – South Metro Manila preferred)

Digibeacon is the premier ClickUp Solutions Partner in the Philippines. We're looking for a Customer Success Manager who can build strong client relationships, drive product adoption, and grow accounts through renewals and upselling of professional services. This is a client-facing role for someone who thrives on helping businesses succeed through ClickUp and other productivity platforms.
You'll be the trusted partner our clients rely on — guiding them from onboarding through long-term success while identifying opportunities to expand the value we deliver.
Role Overview
As Customer Success Manager, you'll work directly with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, strong adoption, and lasting satisfaction. Beyond client support, you'll own renewals and lead upselling efforts for our professional services — helping clients unlock more value from their ClickUp setup while contributing to revenue growth. Experience in SaaS or project management tools is a strong advantage.
What You'll Do
1. Manage a portfolio of clients and serve as their main point of contact post-implementation.
2. Own the renewal process and ensure strong client retention.
3. Identify, pitch, and close upsell opportunities for professional services and add-on engagements.
4. Lead onboarding, training, and enablement sessions to ensure successful adoption.
5. Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients and understand their business goals.
6. Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and strategy sessions.
7. Monitor client health, usage, and satisfaction to proactively address concerns.
8. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and deliver solutions quickly.
9. Gather client feedback and share insights with the team to improve our offerings.
10. Prepare client-facing documentation, proposals, and best-practice resources.
11. Drive client retention, satisfaction, and long-term account growth.
Qualifications
1. 2–4 years of experience in customer success, account management, or client services — preferably in SaaS or tech.
2. Proven track record of handling renewals and upselling professional services or solutions.
3. Hands-on experience with ClickUp or similar project management and productivity tools.
4. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
5. Strong problem-solving ability and a proactive, customer-first mindset.
6. Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities at once.
7. Experience facilitating training sessions, workshops, or business reviews is a strong advantage.
8. Organized, detail-oriented, and confident in client-facing conversations.
9. Preferably based in or near the South of Metro Manila (this is a hybrid role).
