I’m looking for a strong cold caller to reach out to real estate brokers in California and book qualified consults for my home staging and interior design business.
This is not a script-reading role. You will be speaking to busy brokers, handling objections in real time, and guiding the conversation toward booking a walk-and-talk consultation.
What you’ll be doing:
Calling real estate brokers daily
Getting past “not interested” and keeping the conversation going
Asking the right questions about their listings
Positioning the service clearly and confidently
Booking qualified consults on my calendar
You must be comfortable handling objections like:
“My client doesn’t want staging”
“We already have a stager”
“No budget”
“Not interested”
You are expected to stay in control of the call, respond naturally, and move the conversation forward.
Requirements:
Strong spoken English
Confident, calm, and persistent on the phone
Proven experience in cold calling and booking appointments
Able to think on your feet and not rely on scripts
Reliable internet and quiet calling environment
Performance:
This is a results-driven role. I track calls made, conversations, and consults booked.
