We are looking for a Hotel Sales Administrative Assistant with hospitality experience to handle administrative tasks related to hotel bookings, contracts, and client requests.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, review, and manage hotel contracts and agreements
Process RFPs (Requests for Proposals) and RFQs from corporate and group clients
Communicate with clients regarding inquiries, proposals, and booking details
Maintain and update records in CRM systems
Ensure accuracy of booking and contract information
Track leads and opportunities as needed
Requirements:
Previous experience in hotel sales, reservations, or hospitality administration
Knowledge of contracts, RFPs, and group bookings
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Clear written and verbal communication
Preferred (not required):
Experience with Delphi, Amadeus, or Salesforce
Work Details:
