The Role
We are building a team of AI Integrators who will be trained and paired with client opportunities.
This is not a typical VA role.
We’re looking for individuals who are:
• Resourceful
• Independent
• Able to figure things out without constant supervision
You’ll go through a structured, self-paced training process where you’ll learn how to execute real workflows, support business operations, and apply AI in practical use cases.

• Assist in building workflows and improving processes

• Learn and apply modern AI tools in real-world scenarios

• This is a training-to-pairing opportunity
• You must complete training to qualify for client pairing
• Pairing depends on performance and available client opportunities
• Top performers are prioritized

• You can begin using free or limited access tools
• As you progress, some tools may require paid usage
• Once paired with clients, tools are typically provided as part of the setup

• Training phase: unpaid
• After pairing: $5–$10/hr depending on role and client
