Job Title: Membership Growth Manager (Skool Community + DM Sales)
We are looking for a proactive and people-focused Membership Growth Manager to support and grow our online coaching community hosted on Skool.
This role is focused on engaging existing members, building relationships, and converting free members into paying clients and programme participants.

Key Responsibilities:
• Engage daily with members inside the Skool platform
• Send personalised, non-spammy direct messages to members
• Build genuine relationships and conversations with our audience
• Identify potential clients and guide them toward paid offers
• Promote memberships, programmes, and upcoming offers naturally within conversations
• Support
• Track conversations, leads, and conversions
• Maintain a high level of energy, positivity, and professionalism in all interactions

This Role is NOT:
• Basic admin
• Copy/paste messaging
• Cold selling
This is a relationship-driven role focused on connection and conversion.

Ideal Candidate:
• Strong written English and communication skills
• Experience in online communities, coaching, or digital products
• Confident in sales through conversation (not pushy)
• Understands how to build trust and guide people to decisions
• Self-motivated and proactive (you don’t wait to be told what to do)
• Comfortable working toward targets and KPIs

Bonus (but not essential):
• Experience using Skool, Kajabi, or similar platforms
• Background in fitness, coaching, or personal development
• Experience in DM sales or customer success
