JOB OVERVIEW

We need someone who knows Facebook infrastructure inside and out — not a media buyer, but someone who owns the structure behind the ads. Your job is to make sure we're always live, always backed up, and never caught off guard when Meta d ---------- to act up.

What you'll own

Setting up and maintaining a bulletproof Facebook Business Manager structure with full redundancy

Managing and warming up Facebook profiles using anti-detect browsers and proxy setups

Adding and managing multiple profiles, assigning the right roles and permissions across BMs and ad accounts

Setting up and sharing pixels correctly across assets and business managers

Keeping backup BMs, ad accounts, and profiles ready so we can switch over fast if something gets restricted

Proactively monitoring account health and flagging risks before they become outages

What we need from you

Proven experience managing Facebook structures for e-commerce brands — not just running ads, but owning the infrastructure

Hands-on experience with anti-detect browsers (e.g. Multilogin, Dolphin Anty, AdsPower) and residential proxies

You know exactly how to warm up profiles properly and what it takes to keep them trusted by Meta

You've dealt with BM shutdowns or restrictions before and know how to recover fast

You can show us real examples of structures you've built — we want to see the work, not just hear about it

What this is not
This is not a media buying role. We're not looking for someone to manage budgets or write copy. We need someone who lives in the ---------- of Facebook and treats account health and structure like a full-time discipline.

How to apply
Send a short message explaining your experience with Facebook infrastructure — specifically anti-detect setups, profile warming, and BM management. Include examples of e-commerce brands you've done this for. Applications without relevant experience won't be considered.
