I'm a UGC (User-Generated Content) creator who works with brands through the platform
This is a long-term role with room to grow. If you're someone who takes initiative, communicates clearly, and genuinely enjoys content and brand work, I want to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
Brand Outreach & Pitching (approx. 1 hour/day)
Send 100+ pitches per day to brands — through the Icon/Bento platform and via cold outreach to brands found online
Use provided pitch templates (with room to personalize per brand)
Track every outreach attempt in a shared Google Spreadsheet
Update the spreadsheet with status as negotiations progress (pitched ? responded ? in negotiation ? deal closed)
Social Media Crossposting (approx. 30 min/day)
Repost and crosspost my UGC videos and content across TikTok,
Follow a provided posting schedule and caption guidelines
Light engagement and account monitoring
Video Editing – UGC Style (approx. 1 hour/day)
Edit 1–2 short-form UGC-style videos per day
Raw footage will be uploaded to a shared Google Drive folder
Editing style should match UGC brand video content — authentic feel, captions/text overlays, clean cuts, trending audio when appropriate
Reference portfolio for style:
Deliver finished videos back to the shared Google Drive
You're a Great Fit If You:
Have experience editing short-form video (CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, or similar)
Understand UGC-style content and what makes it perform (authentic, not overly produced)
Are comfortable with high-volume outreach and can work from a template without it feeling robotic
Are highly organized and keep spreadsheets clean and up to date without being asked
Communicate proactively — you flag problems before they become issues
Have a reliable internet connection and are available consistently

Google Sheets (outreach tracker)
Slack (daily check-ins and communication)
CapCut or your preferred video editing tool
