We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Dispute Manager to join our team on a per-task (gig-based) basis.
This is not an hourly or salaried position — you will be paid based on successful dispute outcomes.
Your role will be to manage payment disputes and chargebacks, submit strong evidence, and help maximize our dispute win rate while minimizing losses.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle and respond to payment disputes and chargebacks
• Submit high-quality, well-structured evidence
• Meet dispute deadlines consistently
• Track and manage cases efficiently
• Work independently and focus on high win rates

Requirements:
• Proven experience with disputes or chargebacks (required)
• Strong English communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work independently
• Experience with Shopify, Stripe, or PayPal is a strong advantage

Compensation:
• $15 per successful (won) dispute
• $0 for lost disputes
