Do you want to build long-term passive income instead of just working hourly?

I am looking for an expert GoHighLevel (GHL) Web Developer and SEO Specialist to partner with me in a "Rank and Rent" business model.

What is Rank and Rent?
The goal is to build "Digital Real Estate." We build high-quality websites, optimize them for SEO, and rank them on the first page of Google. Once the websites start generating leads (usually in 3–6 months), we rent the websites to U.S.-based business owners or sell them the leads.

This is a long-term partnership. While it takes time to rank, the reward is passive income for both of us once the revenue starts coming in.

The Partnership Split:
This is NOT an hourly job. This is a high-commission partnership.

You will receive 50% of the net profit from every website you build and manage.

You will have full transparency to track the leads and the money earned from your specific sites.

My Role (The Business Owner):
1. Set up the U.S. Company (LLC) and Business Bank Account.
2. Provide all software, subscriptions, and tools needed for operations.
3. Find and close deals with U.S. companies to rent our sites or buy our leads.
4. Manage all bookkeeping and ensure you are paid your 50% share on time.

Your Role (The Developer/SEO Specialist):
1. Build high-converting, SEO-optimized websites on GoHighLevel.
2. Set up all necessary automations within GHL.
3. Perform SEO audits and maintenance to keep the websites ranking high.
4. Manage the technical side of the lead generation for the businesses we partner with.

Requirements:
1. Expert knowledge of GoHighLevel (GHL).
2. Proven experience in SEO (Search Engine Optimization).
3. A "Delayed Gratification" mindset—you understand that SEO takes 3–6 months, but the long-term passive income is worth the wait.
4. Strong communication skills and honesty.
