META Paid Ads Executive

Are you performance-driven, and do you have two or more years of experience in profitably growing client accounts across META's Facebook and Instagram channels?

Maple Forest is a growing digital marketing agency based in London. Our focus is on creating and managing the very best digital marketing campaign strategies for clients of all sizes across varied sectors. Our expertise spans all paid/sponsored marketing channels with a particular focus on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram and Bing Ads, to name but a few.

We utilise multiple tools and platforms to achieve the best results for our clients. Our drive and track record mean that we’re constantly looking to improve our clients' marketing strategies, sales revenue targets, lead generation targets and their return on investment.

You will need to be an enthusiastic and capable Social Media Digital Marketer. The ideal candidate will work across a variety of accounts and will be accountable for META Ads and content creation for your specific clients, supported by a Senior Account Manager.

You’ll be responsible for planning, executing and optimising paid social marketing campaigns, driving high-quality traffic, ecommerce sales and lead generation activity. If you live and breathe Meta Ads and know your way around analytics dashboards, and love diving into data to make smart decisions, this is your kind of role.

*** Paid Social Media & Campaign Management ***

Plan, develop and execute paid marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Own end-to-end campaign performance from content creation to audience research and competitor analysis to copy testing and landing page optimisation

Increase CTR, landing page views, and conversion rates, while reducing wasted spend. Monitor and assist with budget management, account metrics, audience targeting, and ad delivery

*** Communications & Content ***

Develop and implement strategic communication plans META. Write clear, engaging, brand-aligned copy tailored to multiple client accounts.

Conduct A/B testing and use data insights to improve campaign performance. Maintain compliance with GDPR and industry best practices

Collaborate with the team to produce high-quality visual and written content

Strategy & Innovation

Help build and refine our digital strategy from audience segmentation to conversion funnels and retargeting
Craft compelling ad copy that captures attention and drives action, always aligned with the client's tone of voice and their brand values

Identify new opportunities for growth across channels, platforms, and audiences

*** The Successful Applicant***

• Experience in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimisation
• Strong Communication and Writing skills
• Expertise in developing and implementing Content Strategy
• Ability to analyse social media metrics and optimise performance
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and reporting dashboards
