Role Overview

We are hiring a female Outreach & CRM Manager to handle daily email outreach, manage leads, and maintain the company’s sales pipeline.

This role focuses on sending structured outreach emails, following up with prospects, and keeping the CRM organised and up to date.

You will work directly with the CEO and must operate at a professional, consistent, and organised level.

Key Responsibilities

• Send daily B2B outreach emails to targeted companies
• Follow up with prospects consistently
• Manage and update the CRM system daily
• Track conversations, responses, and opportunities
• Ensure no leads are missed or forgotten
• Organise lead lists and maintain clean data
• Support the sales process through consistent communication
• Report daily progress and updates

Requirements

• Minimum 3–4 years experience (2022–2026) in outreach, CRM, or sales support
• Strong experience in email outreach and follow-ups
• Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
• Excellent written English (very important)
• Highly organised and detail-focused
• Able to work independently and stay consistent daily
• Professional communication style
• Strong work ethic — no supervision required

• This role is email-focused (no heavy calling required)
• No training will be provided — you must already know how to manage outreach and CRM
• You must be fully available during working hours
• You will be working directly with the CEO — professionalism is required
