Google Ads PPC / Local Services Ads (LSA) Specialist
Primary Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads PPC campaigns (Search, Display, and Performance Max if applicable).
Set up and optimize Google Local Services Ads (LSA) accounts.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
Create compelling ad copy aligned with campaign goals.
Monitor daily campaign performance and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting as needed.
Track and analyze KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion rate, and ROAS.
Implement and manage conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager is a plus).
Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Continuously test and optimize campaigns for improved lead quality and cost efficiency.
Requirements
2–4 years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
Proven experience with Google Local Services Ads (LSA).
Strong understanding of campaign structure, bidding strategies, and quality score optimization.
Experience with conversion tracking and analytics tools.
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
