Role:
This is a SEO role focused on growing our own company's organic visibility. You'll own our search presence end-to-end — from technical audits to content strategy — with the goal of driving more inbound leads, increasing qualified traffic, and growing the number of discovery calls booked each month.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Own and grow our organic search rankings for high-intent keywords related to remote staffing, offshore hiring, and talent placement — with a clear monthly target of increasing keyword rankings and driving measurable growth in inbound discovery calls (target: 20–40+ qualified calls/month from organic)
- Conduct regular technical SEO audits and optimizations across the website — including site speed, crawlability, internal linking, schema markup, and on-page structure
- Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with our service offerings, targeting decision-makers (founders, COOs, hiring managers) searching for staffing and outsourcing solutions
Build and manage our local and industry-specific SEO presence, including Google Business Profile, directory listings, and niche staffing/HR platforms to improve local and service-based search visibility
- Track, report, and iterate on core SEO KPIs monthly — including organic sessions, keyword position movements, click-through rates, and call/lead volume attributed to organic search
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience, with at least 1–2 years in a service-based or B2B industry (staffing, recruiting, HR tech, or professional services strongly preferred)
- Proven track record of improving keyword rankings and driving organic lead generation — not just traffic, but conversions
- Proficiency in SEO tools: Google Search Console, SEMrush or Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics 4
- Strong understanding of both on-page and technical SEO; content strategy experience is a big plus
Nice to Have
- Experience with Webflow or similar CMS
- Familiarity with the staffing, outsourcing, or recruitment industry
- Basic knowledge of CRO (conversion rate optimization) to support lead quality improvements
What Success Looks Like in 90 Days
- Full technical audit completed with priority fixes implemented
-10+ target keywords ranking on page 1 or showing significant upward movement
- Organic-attributed discovery calls increasing month-over-month
- A clear 6-month SEO roadmap presented to the founder
