HLH is hiring an experienced DM Setter to manage all inbound direct messages and social media comments across our platforms. You'll be the first point of contact for every person who reaches out, and your number one priority is speed to lead — responding fast, keeping conversations moving, and making sure no opportunity slips through the cracks.
If you've never worked in a DM setting role before, this isn't the position for you. We need someone who already knows the rhythm of high-volume inboxes and understands how to turn a cold message into a booked call.
What You'll Be Doing
Responding to all inbound DMs in real time across platforms (Instagram,
Engaging with comments to spark conversations and move prospects into DMs
Following scripts and SOPs to qualify leads and set appointments
Maintaining the fastest possible response times — speed to lead is the metric we care about most
Tracking conversations and updating CRM or lead tracking tools
Flagging urgent or high-priority messages for the team
Reporting on response times, conversation volume, and outcomes
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a DM setter or in a similar appointment-setting role
A track record of fast response times and high-volume message handling
Strong written English — clear, conversational, and persuasive
Comfortable working US hours (Eastern, Central, or Pacific time zone schedules)
Self-starter who stays on top of notifications without being told
Familiarity with CRM tools, social media platforms, and lead management workflows
